Reservations for the convention can be made either online or by phone. Please indicate that you are a member of the NAFD and secure your room reservation by April 1, 2025. Rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after that date.

Rates, Fees & Taxes: Special NAFD convention room rate is:
Guest Room $42 + $27 resort fee + sales tax (7%, subject to change) per night. The resort fee includes (subject to change):

• Resort access & transportation b/w The Reach and Casa Marina
• CM recreation activities: Volleyball, Table Tennis, Corn Hole, Hammocks & largest beach resort
• The Reach Recreation: Life size chess, bocce, Hammocks & natural sand beach with direct ocean entry
• Beach and pool lounge chairs with umbrellas
• Poolside delighters including cold eucalyptus towels & popsicles
• Hydration stations
• In-room internet
• Business Center access
• Fitness Center access
• In-room coffee & bottled water (2 bottles daily
• Local & domestic long distance phone calls

Valet parking is $40.00/day, plus tax. Self Park is $35.00/day, plus tax.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first and last night's room rate plus tax. No-shows will be charged the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation. Early departures will be charged for the remainder of the reservation.
