The NAFD is governed... ...by a Board of Directors, Executive Officers, a President and Standing Committees. The Chairman of the Board is elected by the Board of Directors on a bi-annual basis. Executive Officers are elected by the membership and serve two-year terms. Distributor Directors are elected to serve a three-year term. Standing Committees are charged with providing the membership with industry insight. NAFD Board Members, Executive Officers and Standing Committees are all volunteers, serving the needs of the NAFD membership.
